Sometimes multiple requestors at a single client, or even multiple clients, may raise a ticket related to the same cause (nevertheless it may be appropriate to keep the tickets separate, rather than merge them).
Examples could include a supplier issue, or a server or internet outage.
In a list of tickets it would be helpful to be able to group these tickets tickets together by selecting them and creating a new ticket group. Additional tickets could be added later as they arrive and are triaged.
Once created, an update could be provided on the situation to all those tickets in one go, and the status could also be changed for tickets too (e.g. if we are waiting on a 3rd-party, or the situation has been resolved. Later an RFO (Reason For Outage) could also be sent to affected clients in the same way.
