Ticket Collision Protection
There should be some realtime indication/protection from multiple techs viewing or having modified the same ticket. Currently, if two techs are viewing the same ticket and one makes a change, the other has no way of knowing and if they change the same setting, it will overwrite the original techs change with no indication.
This is a great feature that we currently have in Freshdesk (we are still migrating over) that shows us who is currently in a ticket and if they are currently writing a reply etc. to prevent two tech's from clashing on a job
