An integration with Zoom Phone should allow for call handling and auto-routing to the appropriate technician group based on client responses. Expected functionality would be for technicians to take calls from within the SuperOps.ai GUI. If a caller's number matches an existing requester, then the technician should expect the requester's information to pre-populate in the ticket.
